Maria qualified in Veterinary Nursing and Animal Care in 1998 and spent 4 years working in an Emergency Clinic. She then went on to work as a Veterinary Orthopaedic Nurse in the Veterinary School at Glasgow University. She joined the team at Ark Veterinary Clinic in 2010.
Jaymie undertook her first qualification – a Diploma in Animal Care – in 2003. Since then she has worked in Veterinary Practices in Catford and Orpington before joining Ark Veterinary Clinic in 2007.
Charles first starting working with animals whilst he was at school spending 4 years helping out at a local veterinary practice. He went on to qualify as a Veterinary Surgeon at Cambridge University in 1983. Following a period of travel (and climbing a few mountains) he worked in New York for 3 years before returning to the UK to set up and run the first dedicated emergency veterinary service in South London. Throughout his career he has continued to develop his skills and spent 18 months working with winner of Vet of the Year - Richard Bleckman. He took over management of Ark Veterinary Clinic in 2010.
